• Notice:  At the January 20, 2009 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners the 2009 reappraisal was rescinded due to current economic conditions. All informal hearing appointments that have been scheduled are therefore cancelled. The revaluation will become effective on January 1, 2011. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we begin the reversion process so that the 2009 real property assessments will reflect values based on the 2005 Schedule of Values, Standards and Rules.
